Xfinity / Can't Pay Bill - Stop Having Customers to Verify when paying Bills !!!!
I have been trying to pay my Xfinity bill online for 2 days ... AND now have to prove my identity just to pay a bill...
If there is a section of Xfinity that is Down... please put a notice on Xfinity... so your customers KNOW it is not
their fault.. Especially when paying thier Bills... you should be sending customers an email with info.. I have seen
others with same problem even on thier cell phones...
Can you please fix this problem for online payers -- and please take off asking to be verified when paying
your bill... I think this is what is screwing the system up... I once got to the verify... when to my email to get
a code... put it in... and it went back to verifying.... 3 more times.... STOP Verifying for making a payments...
I do not mind if someone wants to pay my bill !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@BlueJeans07 Hello and good evening. Thanks for adding to the community. We appreciate it, and are happy you thought of us to assist. We have the best tools, just like the Xfinity Assistant. It is the best resource to manage the account and service online when we are not available. It is my favorite as I can check the service health, and also reboot the wifi for dinner time. That ensures the kids come to eat, and that makes me very happy. Here is a link that I found for you to make it easy to use https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/. Having someone log in to submit a payment keeps the accounts secure. It also helps avoid some bad actors adding a payment, and then having it reversed to issue reversed payment fees on the account. Follow the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-comcast-bill-online to ensure you use the official online resource to submit payments. My favorite is autopay, as it is set once and I only need to update it when the cards expire.

So condescending of a response. Gee, our site doesn't work properly, you should have setup autopay with us, so we don't have to fix our website.
