Xfinity Collection Service

I moved to a new apartment three months ago, and they gave me two accounts for two bills since the first day of service. I have another account to pay, and the service didn't work for a few intermittent hours. Only during my church service, they cut off my internet. I contacted technical support for three months, and they were useless. I was subjected to severe extortion. In May, they withdrew $100 before I moved into a new apartment. Now, I have no internet. I lost a lot of things because of my internet problems. I sent all my payments, and yet they extorted me and cut off my internet. Now, I have no internet, and my work has stopped because of this problem.
