Xfinity customer service. Bill 3mo post closure after negative balance. Inside scamming unauthorized charges.
Xfinity customer service is in the trash, they have a customer that not only runs their own house but also my parents, all grandparents, and inlaws. I will be switching immediately. They cannot figure out why they have a balance on my account post closure AFTER they gave me a refund to my back for have more credit than what was owed on my account after a previous bill issue. NOW they are billing me for that refund of $18 and an extra $18 charge for the reversal and due to my bank not being attached to my closed account. I talked with multiple representatives that assured my account was cleared before I left and I even had a negative balance extra. I have it all in writing and paper bills but yet they refuse to clear my account now, claiming they cant because they account was closed... yet they can still charge me??? I've been transferred for 2 days all day and they claim they need me on the line while they do the investigation for unauthorized charges while i shower, work, bathroom, drive. Why do it have to babysit their mishap and why is it so hard to fix this. Clearly they scam money and rack it up secretly and refuse to help you until you loose your sanity. I was going to use them again in the summer when I moved back but I will never deal with this mess again. Spectrum and starlink it is. I help my parents, all grandparents and inlaws with their internet and ill never talk to xfinity again, so they will also be switching. Please everyone report them to FCC and the better business credit bureau. I'll be spreading the word in my small town and on all social media. All their live agents have been conviently down, calls keep getting disconnected, technical issues, and errors on their forums have been happening. I see them for what they are now, greed monsters praying on us. They dont value us, please switch if you can before they find a way to hurt you.
