Xfinity cut our Invisible Fence
Last November, we were having trouble with our TV reception, so an Xfinity technician came out and tested the circuit, and replaced cable. Our TV reception was great since then. However, since it was winter, Xfinity wasn't able to bury the line until March 13. They did so while we weren't home, so I couldn't advise them that we had an Invisible Fence. So, in the process, they cut our Invisible Fence line. BTW, also, after burying the circuit, there was a connector that was apparently bad or damaged, so Xfinity had to come out on Saturday, 3/15, to repair it. From Thursday thru Saturday, we had no cable TV or internet. A few weeks ago (3/19), Invisible Fence came out and repaired the line at a cost of $237. I have their invoice, if there is a way to send it to you. I feel that Xfinity discount our monthly cost for the three days we were without service, plus should reimburse us for our cost to repair the Invisible Fence line. Please advise.
