XFINITY HAS CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION

I have my account set up on auto-pay (to receive a small credit on my invoice).  Yesterday XFINITY/COMCAST charged my card 138.99.  There is NO INVOICE for this amount (never has been).  While the charge is still pending on my card and has not officially processed at XFINITY,  NO ONE can tell me why this payment was authorized by XFINITY/COMCAST.  

After looking through other posts, I believe that there is a serious BREACH in the XFINITY/COMCAST systems, and somehow scammers have gotten this information.  After hours on the phone/chat with XFINITY, no one can answer my question or acknowledge this brief.

My next step is a formal complaint with the FCC and Better Business Bureau.

I have been doing this for hours, talked to no less than 7 different people, ticket is opened, but it only references that I have a credit balance.

I am contacting the FCC and BBB
