Xfinity is a joke!

A while back I subscribed for Wi-Fi for $30. I noticed it was really slow. Reached out and they said they could upgrade me to a $60. Fine, faster wifi. Nope. Same issues, same speeds. I reached out again. They were offering to upgrade me again. But people who had slower plans than me weren’t having this issue so I said that. Apparently I was upgraded to a plan that wasn’t compatible with my router. I asked to get a cheaper plan and was told I’d be contacted by a team. Couple months go by and I don’t hear anything. I reach out again, hoping to get a cheaper plan and refunded for this time I wasn’t contacted. I was able to get my plan changed back to $30 that could be cancelled at any time and a request in for a refund. My next bill overcharged $10. I reached out again to get this refunded and to just have my account cancelled to save me from any further headache. They were trying to issue a credit. After a lot of back and forth, finally they said they’d give me a refund and I’d have to call to get my subscription cancelled so I did. They didn’t give me a refund and I was charged again. I called back. They tried the credit again and finally they said I’d get a refund of 40, no mention of the refund for the months before. Guess what. Didn’t get a refund but I did get charged another $60. What kind of joke is this? Why is this process so complicated? This is just ridiculous! How can I get this fixed?

user_vbdzk4 We’re truly sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you’ve had—this is not the kind of service we want for our customers. From what you’ve described, it sounds like there’s been a breakdown in communication and follow-through on our end, and we want to make this right.
