Xfinity is charging me for a contract I canceled three months ago

Xfinity  is charging me for a contract I canceled three months ago

At that point, they calculated that the amount was $250. On July 18 or 16, I messaged them on chat to say I was withdrawing, and they replied that someone would call me. Someone did call, and I told that person that I was canceling; I also have a transcript of the chat conversation. Now they send me emails every day that I can’t reply to, and they call me, but when I answer, they hang up. This is crazy. However, I have written proof that my contract has been terminated; I’m waiting for the court case and substantial damages for the harassment I’ve endured.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_ks5jds, and thank you for bringing this to our attention here on the Xfinity Community forums.

I can certainly understand how concerning it would be to continue receiving bills, emails, and calls after believing your services had already been canceled and having documentation related to the cancellation.

We'd appreciate the opportunity to review the account history, cancellation request, and any notes associated with the interactions you've referenced to ensure everything has been handled correctly and to better understand the current account status.

If you'd like our assistance with this, please send us a Direct Message* with your full name and complete service address so that we can take a closer look.

(And thank you @EG for ensuring this post received the proper visibility!)
