Xfinity is HORRIBLE

This isn't a question, but a statement.  Xfinity is absolutely horrible and by far has the worst customer service that I can think of.  I absolutely hate Comcast and long ago ended all of my TV services.  I am forced to keep them for my internet as I don't have another option where I live that I am aware of. My 80 year old mom has had many issues dealing with them, and consistently over charged, or things that were discussed with customer service not being done as discussed.  

Every time I am chatting online, I keep getting disconnected and reconnected with a new agent.  This happens over and over on the same chat, so you never really get anywhere.  The new person connects saying the same old scripted response of how they are the person to remedy the situation.  It's not healthy to find yourself yelling, screaming and saying the vile things I say when dealing with anything regarding Xfinity and their despicable customer service.

Anyone who has dealt with Xfinity customer service chat knows that you will constantly be disconnected and then connected to a new agent over 10 times at least.  Anything that is agreed upon is ALWAYS [Edited: "Language"] up and it's back to the same place as before.  Your customer service [Edited: "Language"], because you care more about $$$ and saving money having all of the agents located in India [Edited: "Inflammatory"].

Agree, I hate them more than almost anything else. Constant price hikes, customer service that lies/doesn't resolve issues, boxes that freeze or don't work. We are beholden to them because there are no options, which is just criminal.

Exactly!!  Another thing they are notorious for is only worrying about NEW customers.  I mean they will not let people know that they have new and improved equipment and a better plan.  They could keep their customers updated on both a lot better.  It's a shame and their customer service still sucks.
