Xfinity is shady and raising my internet bill without explanation. Pretty sure this is illegal

Xfinity has once again raised my bill without explanation, starting in August. This seems to happen every few months. I am sick of needing to get my bill fixed over and over again. Why has it increased so drastically this time? Chat is unable to support this question and just goes in circles asking me the same pointless questions. It seems there is no email address for support, so instead I will put my complaint here. Is Xfinity support intentionally as unhelpful as possible? Please explain why my bill increased in August

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

So it looks like the discount I had for bundling mobile and internet has expired. Can I renew it?
