Xfinity is terrible

Can’t get a live rep no matter no matter how hard I try. Overcharged me by more than double my bill for a month. Complete joke of a company and a stain on Philadelphia.

To send a Direct Message:

 

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.

And Ca. They are charging me $100 for a problem that was their outdoor equipment. Just got my Dish yesterday. Good thing too cause my Internet has been out all morning. Getting that from Verizon today. Then I’m done with X forever!
