Xfinity lies

Had to switch from xfinity. They charged me a termination fee. This was in my initial contract. However, all I want is a copy of the final statement. Promised multiple times. Never received. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO XFINITY. Horrible promises from all live agents. Terrible customer service. Just horrible liars. Glad there are other servers to go with. Xfinity will keep losing business because of their lies. No way to promote business. Shame on you.

Thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out to us regarding an attempt to obtain a final billing statement @Sparky881. Usually after cancelling service the final billing statement would be sent to the confirmed forwarding address as a physical copy. You can also receive a copy of your billing statement at any local service center location as well. Here is a hyperlink that will allow you to locate the closest store to you now.
