Xfinity mobile cost per line

I see that Xfinity mobile is offering $40 for the first line and $20 for each additional line.  For the past two plus years, I have been paying $120 for four lines.  Shouldn't I be paying $100?  Why are new customers getting a better deal than existing customers?
