xfinity mobile free unlimited line promotion not honored

Dear xfinity support team, 

On July 19, 2025, I placed an order for "1 Gig Xfinity Flex Service." A key part of this order was the promotional offer for an included Xfinity Mobile Unlimited line for $0.00 for one year. 


I fulfilled my obligation for this promotion by moving a mobile line from another provider to Xfinity Mobile. Despite this, I am now being incorrectly charged for this mobile line. I have spoken to several customer support representatives and have received inconsistent information and no resolution. 

As per the promotion details, which I have copied below, I am entitled to this free line:
"You are eligible to receive an included Xfinity Mobile Unlimited line for $0.00 for 1 year. To claim this included line, you must purchase Xfinity Mobile within 90 days, and the Unlimited line must be activated within 1 year of purchase of Xfinity Mobile. To continue receiving the included line discount, you must keep Xfinity Mobile with an unlimited plan and 300 Xfinity Internet service or a higher tier of Xfinity Internet for 1 year." 

I request that you honor the terms of this promotion by removing the incorrect charges and applying the promised credit to my account. Please investigate this matter and provide a timeline for resolution.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
