Xfinity mobile showing disconnected yet phone still works and still being billed

I’ve called and have been told my acct is disconnected. Yet I am still being billed and phone is still on. I located some random email from July 8 saying my acct was disconnected. Then I located another from September 3 saying “this is your final statement” Yet I still have service and it shows  Xfinity Mobile at thr top. Yet when I speak to reps they can’t locate acct and say it’s been disconnected. Need help with this as I can’t see my mobile activity online since it’s not showing an acct
