Xfinity nonstop modifying my monthly bill and falsely charging me for TV box when I never asked for one and there is no record of one.
How do I get my bill to be correct monthly without having to navigate a 1999 website that takes so long to load it logs you out? I have a LIST of CR tickets that spans 14 months and in the quotes of Xfinitys Supervisor when seeing my billing history "Oh My God."
I'm getting my Lawyer involved and I filed a BBB Complaint and Dispute. MasterCard and FifthThirdBank already won an investigation into Xfinity Fraudulently charging my bank account with the intentions of taking more money.
Every month I get charged a Unreturned TV box fee that varys from month to month.(For some reason)
Every month I get charged a New amount even though I am in a Contract.
Every month I get charged for services I did not order.
Every month I have to deal with Lousy, Sandal wearing customer service people.
Every month I have to deal with Xfinity.
Every month I have to watch Xfinity like a Thief to keep from stealing my money.
Every month I have to get 'Credit' instead of refunds from Xfinity.

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
