Hi, I’m trying to purchase the $10 Xfinity NOW WiFi Pass, but it isn’t working. Every time I try to pay, I get the error “There was an issue loading the credit card form.” I’ve tried using different browsers (including Microsoft Edge), refreshing the page, restarting my phone, clearing my browser data, and trying again later, but nothing has worked. Can you please check if there’s an issue with my account or with the payment system and help me complete my purchase?
