Xfinity retention request

My current 500 Mbps Internet-only promotional rate is ending, and my monthly price is scheduled to increase from $55 to $85.

I'd like to remain with Xfinity, but I don't want to pay $85/month for 500 Mbps. I own my own modem/router, use autopay, and believe my account currently has unlimited data. Could an Xfinity representative please review my account for any available existing-customer, retention, loyalty, or price-guarantee offers for 500 Mbps? I'd particularly like to know whether there's an option that keeps my monthly price around $55–$60.

I'm not looking to add services or upgrade my speed. I'd just like to find a reasonable way to continue my existing Internet service.

Thank you
