Xfinity Scam

I am following up on ticket [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I have not yet received my compensation for what Xfinity's lack of accountability. Xfinity was aware of a scam and did not warn or notify customers in any form. I was taken for $960.00 and want to be compensated for that scam as Xfinity knew it was happening and did nothing. Why? Please follow up and at least provide an account credit for $960.00. Thank you.

I gave you the ticket number and all my conversations were recorded can’t you review the recordings to get all the details?

@user_74plor we ask that you do not share private information on the public forums. We also do not have access to call recordings on this platform. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
