I was quoted a price through the online chat service, but the price billed was higher. I have all the transcripts downloaded, I will be filing a complaint with the FCC.

@user_q6pscj We never want you to feel like you're being cheated or put over a barrel. The whole point of our customer approval process is to present information upfront with full disclosure, so problems like this don't occur. I am very sorry that things did turn out this way. Was the quote after or before taxes and other fees?
