xfinity support
I would like to file a complaint on my Xfinity cable account. They, Xfinity help line, will not honor what I was quoted and agreed to. I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor, they are always busy, or given any explanation on how my bill was constantly being adjusted. Renewing annual accounts is becoming such a difficult task. I am a senior, been with comcast/xfinity for over 30years. My annual increases are become unbearable.
