Xfinity Support

Cancelled service and instead of a credit I received a bill for an additional $12.76. I would like a call back or a number I can have to discuss the next steps.

Since we bill a month in advance, and depending on when you cancelled services within your billing cycle; it's possible to get a prorated bill. I'd be happy to take a closer look into your balance, and provide an explanation. Can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and the service address we will be working with today?

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
