xfinity support

Hello, 

I've had the same wifi plan for over two years at 35 dollars a month. Over summer I put it on pause for 2 months, which this would be my 2nd time doing it. The first time was last summer, I resumed the plan it was still 35 a month but for some reason this summer my bill when from 35 a month to 90 a month. With absolutely no change in wifi plans, it might have gotten even slower actually. Please someone help me figure it out, I am about to cancel my xfinity plan, I am not paying 90 dollars a month for a 35 a month service.
