Xfinity support
I am extremely upset with the service you guys provide, I cancel my service for the same reason on January 2026. Asked for my last bill information to get my balance of my phones so I can pay them, you guys told me it wasn’t going to be available until February 15 or after I waited and called after that date, then I was told you guys gave no access to it that I have to call back later time. I called again a few weeks after in March and told me I was already sent to collections that there was nothing I can do except call collections, I asked for the phone number and aperantly it was an invalid number. I came to the store I originally purchased my phones (northfiel in Colorado) the manager has not helpful at all couldn’t give me collections number or cannot print me my last bill. He was super rude. They gave me costumer service number. I called was in the phone on hold for almost 2 hours. For the guy to transfer me to a collection department that didn’t find me or knew where they had my collection account sent too. So I’m in a limbo currently I don’t know where I was sent to collections???? Because apparently you guys don’t know either when I’m assuming you guys sent me there right? Listen in in the process of purchasing a home and this is going to affect me really bad. I tried to pay you guys since day one and apparently I think you guys didn’t want to get payed for because right away sent me to collections. I need this problem to get solved asap. I need to know who I’m paying and get my bill of the phone balance I owe. Please send me an email or call me to [Edited: "Personal Information"]

@user_zdhxzn This is not the experience we want for any of our customers. I'm sorry to hear this has gone on for such a long time. Our team is happy to assist you with finding a resolution to your bill and balance concerns. By any chance are you abe to access the XFINITY App? You should have the ability to see your balance and final bill.
