  • My name is Edit(Personal Info) and my service address is in Edit(Personal Info). I am requesting to add my spouse's name to the billing.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thanks, @EG!

Hi there @user_x8xkfk, thanks for posting here today. Are you looking to add your spouse to the account as an authorized user or just have the their name added to the bill?

Perfect, thank you for the clarification. We can add that name to the bill to information on the account from here for you. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service? To send a direct message.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
