Xfinity system suspends early?????

Evey time i get an extension to pay the date given is not honored suspends my mobile service one day early! What is going on??? This happened 3 x and last time i called to check what time of day i would get suspended. Rep offered new plan i DID NOT ASK FOR but system suspended my service before payment was due anyway. I cant make payment i cant make funds to do payment without mobile service AND I get switched to many reps. I drive for extra income but I NEED MY PHONE FOR INCOME FROM ORDERS AND GPS AND plan was a lie. Now no one answers chat or help. I had email stating due date tomorrow but suspended today. WHY????? THIS IS RUDE AND CRAZY.

Hello @user_yfxb0d, and thank you for expressing your concern here on our Xfinity Community forums.

In many cases, if you have a promise to pay extension, an early disconnect from what is expected can occur if there is a failure in the arrangement's requirements, or a missed payment in a previous plan.

You should be able to look in the Xfinity App to see the status of your payment arrangement or use the Xfinity Assistant to verify that the agreement went through.

If any previous payments failed, you may need to make an immediate payment to restore services.

We'd be happy to take a look at this for you to help you if you haven't already arrived at a resolution.😀

Please let us know if you requre our assistance. ❤️

Thank you i did just speak with a very professional rep who said what you are stating. But it seems unfair that i get cut off early even after receiving email saying i had 5 more days and only 3 days were given by the system. I was on EBB previously until i started getting charged for the phone 2 months later i did not know causing me to get behind funds ran out for program, now xfinity essentials is back but im stuck past due cant get back on that plan. I now cannot make income to pay without my phone, or gps or to pay electronically. Im [Edited: "Language"].

Thank you. I should get about 3 more days to pay since i was suspended 2 x recently EARLY. Today is the 10th and i was supposed to pay today but phone got suspended TODAY so how can i pay online today if i was cut off today and same thing in March suspended early i was due to pay but email said i had 5 days which would have given me until April 3 which is permanent payday for me. I got cut off on April 1st. Rep even said it seems like a glitch in your system regardless of times i didnt pay on time, i called in and a new charge was added each time a higher amount also was added. I am a senior without a regular job.  How can i get ahead with this EARLY Suspensions [Edited: "Language"]??? WHY SUSPEND ME ON DAY IM SUPPOSED TO PAY???
