Xfinity will steal your money!

I am furious with the services that I have experienced with my Xfinity internet billing. For over the last 4-6 months I have been charged for TV services that I don’t have. I have called customer service numerous times and keep being told by representatives that they will resolve the issue and credit the amount to my account. Even admitted that in their system it shows I requested to remove TV package MONTHS ago and that I don’t have access to TV only internet. I am still being charged for TV channels I don’t have. I will be switching ASAP. It is ridiculous. I’ve even asked to speak to a supervisor and was refused to be connected to one. Was told a ticket was put in months ago but was never worked or resolved. Last week a representative apologized and told me she would have billing corrected and follow up with me via email but haven’t heard anything back. Now being told I owe past due balance of $500 + when I only have had internet only for months. It’s unacceptable and I feel like I am being robbed. They cannot be trusted.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_tvvilb. I will be happy to look into any billing issue on your account from here. Could you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
