Years Later And Same Terrible Website

Glad to see Comcast hasn't updated their site. You search for xfinity's website is awful, and all you find are post about it. I had to change my card info. After failing 3 times I had to do it via the phone. Now I have to pay $5.99 more for Comcast stupidity.  Same [Edited: "Language"] service  from Comcast.

user_ayivk2 I would be sharing my feedback if I were in your shoes too. Our team is here to help and make sure everything is correct on your account and yes, that can happen.

When the Xfinity payment system detects multiple failed payment attempts (especially with incorrect card info), it can temporarily block or restrict online payments as a fraud prevention measure. It’s not permanent, but it can feel like you’re locked out.

@XfinityPeterH But yet you were overly willing to take an extra $15 from me. It was for you're mistake too. Money is money, well it is to Comcast. Also I love how my bill each month goes up little by little. For no reason. I'll be beyond glad to go to a different ISP. One who doesn't nickel and dime their customers.

@user_ayivk2, We never want any customer to feel like they're being nickel-and-dimed or that their concerns aren't being taken seriously. I can certainly understand why you'd be frustrated if your bill has been increasing over time. Have you had a chance to review your statements to see what changes are causing the increases? We make every effort to notify customers on each statement when promotions are ending, so there are no surprises on future bills. In some cases, promotions on equipment or add-on services may expire at a different time than the main service promotion, which could explain why the bill changes on separate occasions. We'd be happy to review the account with you and take a closer look at what's driving the increases. That way, we can provide a clear explanation of any changes and discuss whether there are options available that may better fit your needs. To protect your account information and so that we can securely access and authenticate your account, if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to send us a direct message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support."
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
