You guys are worthless.I will be canceling all my services with you as soon as i'm able to speak to somebody
I'm tired of this. I've been on the phone for more than an hour trying to reach an agent. They put me on with alive, chat agent who did nothing. Instead of trying to resolve my issue, she tried to sell me phone lines. That I do not need tried to tell me my phones were canceled and asked if I wanted 2 more. I want the money that you guys stole from my account. I honestly do not know how you guys are in business. Anymore. I'm guessing it's because you have a monopoly on the internet and cable. In certain areas where people don't have a choice, but this is ridiculous.
