3 of my HD channels are not working on 1 tv
ESPN, ESPN2 and The Weather Channel HD channels are not working on my main TV. All the other HD channels work and all HD channels work on my 2nd TV in the bedroom.

Hello @SC2116, and thank you for reaching out here on our Xfinity Community forums.
Since those channels are working on your bedroom TV but not your main TV, that helps narrow things down. Let’s start with the TV box and connection at the affected television.
First, please make sure the coax cable is securely connected at both the wall outlet and the back of the TV box. If there’s an accessible splitter along that connection, please make sure those connections are snug as well.
Next, try restarting the affected TV box. If you have an Xfinity Voice Remote, you can say “Restart TV Box.” You can also press the A button on the remote, choose Restart, and follow the prompts.
Once the box is back online, check ESPN, ESPN2, and The Weather Channel again. If they still aren’t working, you can try a System Refresh by pressing the A button, selecting System Refresh, and then choosing Refresh Now. Keep in mind that this can interrupt service on the TV boxes in your home for several minutes.
If those three channels still aren’t working afterward, please let us know exactly what happens when you tune to them. If you see an error message or code, please share that with us as well, and we can take a closer look.
