4k Sports broadcast always freeze
As someone who looks forward to the rare 4k xfinity sports broadcasts..I have to say, I encounter nothing but freeze ups and crashes. I am trying yet again to watch the MLB All Star game in 4k with my 4ktv, and it’s literally feeezing and crashing every 5 minutes..it does this with 4 k college basketball and NFL too. I have the 4k UHD box and anything I watch on Max or Prime in 4k runs perfect. Anyone else dealing with this issue?

There is nothing worse than freeze ups during any sports broadcast, and I will be happy to see if there is an issue there that would cause that to happen. I have this happen all the time also. Makes it unwatchable. Were they able to fix anything for you?
