How can I exchange the XG1v3 box for the XG1v4 box?

Greetings, user_vcz3aj! Thank you for your interest in the XG1v4 Primary 4K DVR box. We are happy to help you with this. I checked stores in your area but am not seeing any in stock close to you so we can get a shipment set up for that. It will take 2-5 days to arrive. After you get that set up in your home, you can return the XG1v3 box with one of these easy options

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
