Activating Peacock Premium Through Xfinity Rewards [Edited]

I have tried for several years to activate the peacock premium subscription through the rewards program on Xfinity can't be done I've tried it I have talked to several agents they've tried I still have yet to watch Xfinity or a premium through Xfinity rewards so my daughter had to have the she wanted to watch peacock premium so I ordered the exuma exuma streaming box and got the Netflix Apple TV and peacock guess what still have yet to watch peacock premium can't be done I don't know if it's where I previously had an account a peacock account and it's picking that up but it's it's asking me to pay for it every time I try to create an account activate it says that it says that the account is activated and is active when I go to xfinity.com/activate but it's not it won't allow me to log in so either they are false advertising or Xfinity is false advertising someone is
