The batteries died in my remote so I put new ones in. I got a message from fire tv that remote could not pair with tv. I tried everything but I couldn't "unpair" and re-pair.
Good Morning, @user_5773y5 That’s frustrating, especially since it should’ve been simple after just changing batteries. Can I have the model of the remote that you are using. You can find the model on the back for the remote.-Richard
