Adding nfl redzone

I have tried for over 2 hours to find a way to add the nfl redzone to my xfinity plan. Should be simple. $9.95/month. Nothing seems to work, internet directs to phone, phone directs to text, text directs back to internet. If link actually does something, it just gets caught in an infinity loop, or get an oops error message. Look folks, this is not rocket science.
