Adult Swim

When Cartoon Network is removed from Premium, will that include Adult Swim?

I'm guessing it is also I see there are stories that Cartoon Network is going away.  So even paying an extra $10 a month is kind of silly.

Hey there, @Fred46! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! Cartoon Network is being removed from Xfinity's core TV packages and will be moved to the "More Sports & Entertainment" add-on tier starting on August 12, 2025. This means that if you want to continue watching Cartoon Network on Xfinity, you will need to subscribe to this additional package, which costs an extra $9.95 per month. That would include all Cartoon Network content including Adult Swim. If you wish to continue to enjoy the channel, you can add on the package for $9.95 per month. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns, we would be more than happy to help.

Thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums @user_ltt8kj! I hear your frustration, and I definitely get why this is disappointing. I personally enjoy watching Toonami, I’m really excited to watch the new Dragon Ball series when it comes out.

We sometimes have to make difficult decisions about what we're able to offer when an agreement with a programmer ends. Some channels, including Cartoon Network/Adult Swim, are moved to other lineups depending on changes to the agreement. I know that doesn’t make the change any more fun, but you deserve to know what’s really happening. We have a guide that breaks down how channel lineups and content decisions happen here.

@XfinityAldrik it's okay, paying $50 a month to a cable streamer essentialy to have the privilege of live TV for this 1 channel. Have a bunch of other luve TV we didn't have which is okay. Before we could watch everything and every episode in series and kiddo brainrot out with no commercial breaks. Now it feels of a little normality and believe it or not the house dynamic has change. I have also slept better being able to put on a channel and not wonder what to put on or care to watch reruns in series. Just random and relief. It's a cost to us amongst all the networks we already have but it's actually worth it, it works, and someone is getting tge money that may actually save us sone cash on all these premium channels in the future. Unfortunately your missing out on a simple cash grab it seems. Took 3 days with no assistance in your chat and looping sales with no channel lineup ro get here. Do supposedly have double speed for cheaper though anywhere that would say it gives a 404 bad request except 1 that shows our old speed but you all say we have it and I'll do a true unadulterated speed test to see what you're really tossing our way now. But thanks? 🤷‍♂️

@user_ltt8kj I will be sure to share your feedback about cartoon network. The 404 error is something we would like to troubleshot more with you about. You can use https://speedtest.xfinity.com/ for your speed test. Connecting a device via Ethernet to your modem will provide you with the speeds coming directly from the modem. Do you have a few minutes to check it?
