user_uuzqcf That is odd! Thank you for stopping by our Xfinity community forums for help with your picture size.  It sounds like your resolution options may have changed if you are using one of our Xfinity X1 boxes. Check out this support page for information on how to update the resolution.

@XfinityAmandaB​ ....tried the settings in box...it's not the tv because it's happening on all 3 televisions...

user_uuzqcf Thank you for keeping us posted so we can continue working with you. When you say the picture is smaller, do you mean there are borders around the picture? Are they on all four sides of the picture? Have you checked your TV settings as well as your cable box settings to make sure everything is set up correctly?

Yes black bars at top an bottom,, size differs from channel to channel,, xfinity technician was out an confirmed it is not a television or cable box issue,,they are seeing this issue in Camden County,,an say it's a transmission issue an are working to resolve it
