Atlanta Braves

I have access to channel 1254 on Comcast and can watch game live from home.  However, I cannot DVR the game nor access the game when I am out of my home network.  I have plenty of DVR space, have reset our connection, and have been able to access all other channels outside of my home network.  I was on the phone with Xfinity support for one hour today and ultimately they could not help or escalate.  They told me to "call back in a couple of days".  Can you provide assistance?

Just to clarify, when I said "home network" above, I meant home WIFI network. I cannot access the channel outside of my home WIFI network (via Xfinity streaming) as I can other channels.

Hey @user_3renjx! Thank you for reaching out about your streaming concerns. Do you receive an error when you are trying to stream outside of the home? When you are on the app are you using the Available out of home filter in the grid using the Filters button?

No I am not using the filter.  It says that the channel is not available, but I can access it on my home wifi.  Can you tell me if channel 1254 should be available through streaming?

user_3renjx, for your services, this channel wouldn't be available for out-of-home streaming. Here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/tv-go-live-streaming-networks, you can find a list of the channels you can stream when away from home.

When you say "for your services" do you mean based on my package?  We have the highest package for channels.  Our understanding from the Braves was that Bravesvision (1254) was going to authenticate and allow us to access via our paid tv services (like comcast) for streaming out of home wifi?

Certain channels are only available via the Stream App when connected to the in-home Wi-Fi network. Others like your major ABC/NBC/CBS networks, are generally available for Out-of-home viewing.
