Audio Problems METV and Story Channels

There is no audio on METV (chan 17) and also no audio on Story TV (chan 233). It's been out since early evening yesterday. All other Channels working just fine. Xfinity in Peachtree Corners,  Georgia.

Same here in Douglasville, GA -- no sound on channels 17 (metv), 232 (H&I) and 233 (story)

I am having the same issue on channels 232 and 233.  Tried Xfinity Assistant, did all the suggested step and still no sound.  Advised to end chat and wait to be contacted by text!

Having same issue on same channels. Any idea whether it is an Xfinity system problem? Or a way we can correct ourselves?

I'm having the same problem with MeTv, H&I and Story. I tried unplugging waiting a few minutes, then plugging the cable box back in. That did not fix it. I also live in Georgia, so I'm not sure if it's a localized problem.

Looks like these same channels are all owned by one group, KFFV. Perhaps that group is having difficulties with the audio for these channels? See this previous post about problems with these channels:

Also, when I tried to view MeTV over the air on an old tv I have hooked up to an antenna, I was able to both see and hear the channel just fine. So I wonder if KFFV is having a glitch when they send it to the cable companies?

Now we all need to Bombard xfinity for Credits to our Bills next month. Multiple Channels out of Service for Days? I want some Money back. We pay a fortune for this service.They need to issue some refunds.

Stll no sound on 233 Story channel. Please fix it or give us a credit for an unuseable channel.
