Big Ten network access

When will the dispute with the Big Ten network get solved? I've literally been a customer for decades. I have put up with the constant price increases at the same time as you reduce content. I can no longer attend UW football games in person due to my health. If one more game due to it being blacked out, you WILL lose my business.

Hello @user_ydaq81, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum. I understand this can be frustrating, but we do not have the rights, currently, to broadcast games airing on Big 10 Network for the following teams:

University of California Los Angeles (UCLA)
University of Oregon (U of O)
University of Washington (UW)
University of Southern California (USC)

We don't have a timeline at this time of when this will change, I do apologize. Most of the games for these universities may be available on other channels, networks, or streaming platforms.

@Chelseab: Stop with the malarky that Comcast doesn't have the rights to the games. The truth is that your company is too cheap to pay for the rights to the games. And don't come back that Comcast cares about its customers. The only time Comcast cares about its customers is every month that we pay the bill on time to contribute to the record profits that Comcast makes every year. These post like yours are just plain stupid.
