Cannot access channels

Internet is connected, but I cannot access any of my channels.

Could you please provide more information and detail pertaining to the issue at hand? Are you attempting to access an Xfinity Video subscription through the Xfinity Stream App on a specific device or encountering issues with a set-top box that is receiving an error code/message?

Hello, @user_zb7sbd sorry to hear you are unable to access your free channels. Can you tell me what service you are subscribed to and what device you are using to access these channels? 

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
Official Employees are from multiple teams within Xfinity: CARE, Product, Leadership.
