Our team is happy to help. Do you see an RDK error code on the screen? Most issues like this can be resolved with a simple reboot. Try unplugging your cable box for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and let it fully restart.

What’s up with tru tv . The one time I want to watch that channel during March madness and it doesn’t work .300$ a month for what. Time to find a new cable provider

Seriously! TruTV still isn't working? WTH? Just the 3 dots. Tried everything and won't work. Come on Xfinity. Do better!!
