cbs channels

I am wondering why I have the 185 channel lineup as like my sister does and she has channel 1198 and I do not

user_a6zjxg Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Channel line ups can vary by market, does your sister live nearby you? Like in the same city? If she lives in another city or state it may be that the channel is not offered in your area. Could you please confirm the name of the channel that is missing?

The channel is 1198, she lives in a different town same state. Her plan which she has been on is HD Preferred Plus

@user_a6zjxg  If you would like you can use your Xfinity app to view your TV package! Super easy to do too! You would log on and click on services at the bottom. From there you would be able to select 'View Channel Lineup." If you don't already have the Xfinity app make sure you download it. The app will keep you updated on maintenance, interruptions, and other service-related notices. You can also troubleshoot, manage appointments, and manage your bill.
