Changing channels when two programs are being taped at once

To make sure we understand correctly, are both tuners actively recording live TV when you're attempting to change the channel? In some cases, if all available tuners are in use for recordings, the TV Box may prevent channel changes unless a recording is stopped. We'd be happy to take a closer look and help troubleshoot. Can you let us know which X1 TV Box model you're using and whether this happens with every recording or only certain programs?
