Channel Cheat Sheet

Hi, my 86 year old grandmother has been used to certain local channel numbers for her whole life (channel 5 is the news for example).  The XFinity box in her retirement home technically has channel 5 and it’s the right stuff but the quality is garbage. The ‘XFinity’ channel for this (HD maybe?) is channel 853. That makes it much better quality and full screen. Is there a cheat sheet somewhere that correlates which local channels are the which XFinity HD channels? She in Utah, 84041. Thanks!
