Channels not working

Channels 357 and 358 aren't working, as well as several channels above and below them. They were working last night. What happened?

Hello user_aeduu1 thanks so much for reaching out here on our Xfinity Forums! Is this still a concern for you? What error messages or error codes are you seeing on the affected channels?

@XfinityAlfonso​ After about 7 hrs, the issue was resolved. There were never any error messages, just the 3 dots continuously cycling through a loading routine. Xfinity outage detector indicated some sort of internet outage occurring a couple miles north of my location, but nothing was mentioned about TV service or missing channels.

I'm glad to hear that issue is no longer present, and that you were able to find supporting information via our Xfinity Status Center. During repairs multiple services can be affected, but we do work as quickly as possible to restore full functions to you.
