Charged for episode 503 of Blue Bloods
Today I received a text from Xfinity saying that I have been charged for an episode of Blue Bloods. 2.99 is the charge. I have a pin for anything that is not on my regular Xfinity plan. I am asking for a refund because I watched it on regular TV channel.

Hello user_2hsfcg, these days those extra charges just don't jive, so I get why you're coming to our Forum for help. I'm trying to save for the holidays, so I would be doing the same. I'll need to make sure that the purchased episode wasn't watched in order to help reverse the charge, but either way, I have your back. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
