What is the tie up with getting CHSN on Xfinity?

At this time, we have not come to an agreement with CHSN, and we are always working to negotiate the available channels for our customers. If there is an update to the channel becoming available, customers will receive a bill announcement, and communication from us directly.

What is the tie up  getting this done? in May my contract with Xfinity run out. Thus I need to know so I can totally replace Xfinity.
