Comcast help
We are having issues with our remote or DVR usually with recordings we hit fast forward where it takes you live instead of fast forward. This is also happening on non-recorded shows too. Started happening about 3 months ago

Also, sometimes it rewinds to the beginning of the recording.

I just want to make sure that you know the details around how this feature should work and on which programs.
