CSPAN in High Definition

I have Ultimate TV package, supposedly 185+ cable channels.  However I am unable to get CSPANHD (channel 1228 Santa Cruz CA). - screen says channel temporarily unavailable, contact your provider.

@thebw, can you please attempt rebooting your box? You can also easily troubleshoot through our awesome Xfinity app as well.

I did that, but it wasn't helpful.  Also I am a TIVO user, and the error code d261 please contact your provider is a TIVO error code.

What came from this? I have the same code but for a different channel. I get CSPAN HD with no problems so it doesn't make sense that I can see the channel this customer has a problem with so it can't be an "IP" problem as I've read in other posts/forums.

So, again, all the chatter I've read that this occurs for IP stations that TiVo wont' support isn't feasible else we'd all have the same problems with the same stations.
