Diamond/Platinum Members would rather have Peacock Premium Plus than the $1 Movie

Currently Diamond/Platinum members get Peacock Premium, which is a $7.99/mo value. The current policy for us to upgrade from premium to plus is to abandon our Peacock Premium "reward" and just go sign up for plus at full price! We also get a $1 Movie reward, which is a $4.99/mo value. Coincidentally, if you look at the yearly Peacock Plans, the difference between Premium vs Plus is actually $5, which is exactly the same as the movie "reward".

I would much rather they let us abandon our $1 Movie per month, to give us Premium Plus!

BTW, I already DM'ed with Xfinity Support. They started the conversation with "Thanks for being a loyal customer for 24 years....." then went on to say, "sorry you'll need to sign up at full price...". To which I said, "Nope, let me know when you can give a 24 year loyal customer a break".

Well two days of DM chatting and there is no resolution. Final word, you have to abandon the rewards and go sign up at full price. Just makes zero sense because Peacock is owned and operated by Comcast!
